" Our 8 years old daughter took Svetlana's lesson for 18 months. Since we had to move back to our home country,
She just finished her last lesson with full of tears. Svetlana has been a great teacher and she has been also a great companion runner through the course of learning music and practicing piano. She could teach our daughter great joy of music and piano. It was very limited opportunity for her to learn from Svetlana, but every words and guidance will be her treasure as a piano player. Svetlana has also provided her students multiple opportunities to play the piano in front of audiences such as recitals and competitions even for new students who just started to practice. We believed those opportunities helped our daughter to reinforce her confidence to play the piano for audiences.

"For more than three years, Ms. Svetlana has been a fantastic teacher for my daughter, who was looking for a good piano teacher in the US, after we moved from our home country. She was eight when she began her lesson with Ms. Svetlana. Ever since then, Ms. Svetlana has always been positive, calm and attentive, but also has been extremely good at guiding and motivating the students to play better and harder. Her instructions went beyond the technical skills to play better, and onto the art of how to express the music in an optimal way. As a parent, we are so pleased and amazed to see how our daughter has significantly improved her way of playing the piano over time. The periodic recitals that Ms. Svetlana hosted or co-hosted functioned as a good momentum to stimulate small children to keep improving their skills. As we are going back to our home country this week, we had to say good bye to Ms. Svetlana today. We will enormously miss Ms. Svetlana going forward, but we are also confident that my daughter will continue to play the piano carrying on the passion and spirit that Ms. Svetlana taught her.
